Festival – State Level is designed to embrace the power of
digital media in promoting cinema. The festival provides a

To ensure a smooth and fair selection process, all films submitted to the LK Online Short Film Festival – State Level must meet the following criteria:
The short film must be between 5 and 20 minutes (including credits).
Open to all themes, genres, and story telling styles.
Accepted.
Films can be in any language, but non Malayalam films must include English subtitles.
The film must be original and free from copyright violations.
Open to filmmakers from Kerala.
The festival honors outstanding filmmaking in the following categories:
Recognizing excellence in storytelling, direction, cinematography, and overall impact.
Celebrating outstanding vision, execution, and creative storytelling.
Awarding the most compelling performance in a leading role.
Honoring an exceptional performance by an actress in a leading role.
